For existing customers
From flat tiers to per-module
We used to sell five flat per-seat tiers that bundled every module together — you paid for the whole stack whether you used it or not. The new model is a smaller platform seat plus the specific modules you install. For most operators that's a lower bill and always a more honest one. Existing workspaces migrate with no price increase.

Only pay for what you use
Every plan includes generous base limits. Add-ons let you extend without upgrading your entire plan.
Extra seats
Add individual seats beyond the included allotment. Price depends on your platform tier: Solo $7/seat, Pro $15/seat, Business $47/seat, Scale $95/seat.
AI request top-up
Purchase additional AI request blocks when your monthly allotment runs out. Top-ups do not expire within the billing period.
Extra storage
Add storage for documents, attachments, and receipt photos beyond your plan's included amount.
SMS credits
Outbound SMS via Twilio is billed per message beyond the included monthly credits. Inbound SMS does not consume credits.
Priority onboarding
Two 60-minute onboarding sessions with screenshare. Recommended for teams switching from another scheduling or invoicing tool.
Data migration
We import your customer list, appointment history, and invoice history from Jobber, HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, or a CSV export.
Questions about per-module billing
How does per-module pricing work?
Your bill is one platform seat plus the modules you install: workspace bill = platform subscription + the modules you choose. The platform tier covers seats, storage, AI quota, and support. Each paid module adds its own monthly price — per workspace, not per seat. Install a module today, remove it next month, and your bill changes with it.
Which modules are free?
Atlas Core — your calendar, clients, services, and jobs board — is free on every plan, forever. The Bazaar itself is free and always installed. You can run a real one-person operation on the Free platform tier with Atlas Core and never pay a cent.
What's the difference between a bundle and building my own?
A bundle is a pre-configured set of modules for a common business type, priced about 20–25% below installing the same modules individually. Building your own lets you pick exactly the modules you want. You can start with a bundle and add or remove modules at any time — bundles never lock you in.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The 14-day trial provisions a starter bundle — Atlas Core plus basic invoicing and messaging — with full Pro-tier AI quotas, no card required. After 14 days your workspace reverts to Atlas Core on the Free tier and all your data is preserved. You add modules when you're ready.
Can I remove a module later?
Yes. Remove a module mid-period and its access ends at the period's end — your bill drops accordingly. Your data from that module is retained for 90 days after uninstall in case you reinstall. We never penalize you for removing a module, and we never bundle-lock.
I'm on the old tier plan. What changes?
The old model charged a flat per-seat tier (Solo, Pro, Business…) that bundled every module together. The new model splits that into a smaller platform seat plus the specific modules you actually use — which is usually cheaper, and always more granular. Existing workspaces migrate with no price increase; see the comparison below.
How is annual billing discounted?
Annual billing is roughly 20% below the monthly rate, billed once up front and refundable pro-rata on cancellation. Every price on this page shows both the monthly rate and the effective monthly rate when billed annually.
What does the platform seat actually include?
Seats, workspaces, storage, contact limits, AI completion and tool-call quotas, audit-log retention, API access, single sign-on, and your support SLA. It does not gate module access — modules are installed and billed separately through the Bazaar.
Where is my data hosted?
TableWork runs on a dedicated Mac Pro server in Naperville, IL, operated by Sovyren. Cloudflare handles CDN, edge routing, and R2 for file storage and backups. Your workspace data is schema-isolated with row-level security on every table — not pooled in a shared multi-tenant cluster. See our security overview for detail.
