Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TableWork, operated by Sovyren ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

TableWork is a cloud-based workspace for service businesses, including scheduling (atlas), invoicing and financial management (balance), and customer communications (signal). Access is provided on a subscription basis. Features available to your workspace depend on your current plan.

2. Account and workspace

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@sovyren.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Prices are as listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Your subscription continues until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you input into TableWork. We process your data only to provide the service. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for behavioral advertising. Our data processing practices are described in the Privacy Policy and, for Enterprise customers, the Data Processing Addendum.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use TableWork in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy at tablework.io/legal/acceptable-use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy at our discretion.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your workspace moves to read-only for 90 days, after which your data is permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sovyren is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TableWork. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email to your account email address. Continued use of TableWork after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
