1. What we collect
Account information: Your name, email address, and billing information when you create an account or subscribe.
Workspace data: Appointments, customers, invoices, messages, and other data you enter into TableWork. This data belongs to you.
Usage information: Pages visited, features used, and error logs. We use this to improve the product and fix bugs. We do not build behavioral profiles for advertising.
Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
Communications: If you contact us via email or the contact form, we retain those communications to respond and improve support.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve TableWork, send transactional emails (invoices, receipts, account alerts), respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for behavioral advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Data sharing
We share data only with the sub-processors necessary to run TableWork. The full sub-processor list is at /legal/sub-processors. We do not share your data with any third party for marketing, advertising, or analytics purposes.
4. Data retention
Your workspace data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after termination. You may request earlier deletion at any time. Backups containing your data are retained for up to 90 days after deletion from the primary database.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Submit requests to contact@sovyren.com. We respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. EU and UK residents have additional rights under the GDPR. Contact us with your jurisdiction and we will apply the applicable rights.
6. Security
We protect your data using TLS encryption in transit, application-layer encryption for sensitive fields, row-level security at the database, and multi-factor authentication. See our security overview for more detail.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
