Acceptable Use Policy

TableWork is built for service businesses running legitimate operations. This policy describes what we prohibit. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Prohibited uses

• Using TableWork for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Sending unsolicited commercial email or SMS ("spam") through signal
• Sending communications to contacts who have not opted in to receive them
• Using the platform to harass, threaten, or harm individuals
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces, accounts, or systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Using the API or automation to scrape data from other workspaces
• Storing health information covered by HIPAA without a signed Business Associate Agreement
• Using TableWork in a manner that places excessive load on the infrastructure
• Reselling or sublicensing TableWork access without written permission

Reporting violations

If you believe another user is violating this policy, contact contact@sovyren.com. We investigate all credible reports and respond within 5 business days.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
